POSITION OVERVIEW  

The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing all logistics, meal production, and delivery services to ensure efficient, high-quality service. This role emphasizes operational excellence, resource management, and continuous improvement across various departments. The Director of Operations will collaborate closely with the Program Director to ensure that operational strategies support SOS Meals on Wheels’ mission of providing client-centered, holistic services. As part of the senior leadership team, this role plays a crucial part in driving the organization's operational health and scalability while upholding the values of quality, safety, and efficiency.

LOCATION: The successful candidate will work onsite 4-5 days per week with flexibility. SOS Meals on Wheels office location is in San Leandro, CA.

SALARY/BENEFITS 

  • Salary range for this role is: $100,000-$130,000 

  • Benefits include: 

  • Fourteen paid Holidays (including a floating holiday for your birthday)
