POSITION OVERVIEW
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the management of human resources operations of the organization requiring exercising independent judgment, discretion, and the highest level of confidentiality. Directs, plans, evaluates, develops, and coordinates the HR policies, operations, programs, and activities, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission. Areas of leadership include compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, culture, wellness, and employee relations.

Passionate about using your skills to refine the processes and policies of Operation Dignity to enhance organizational effectiveness
Compassionate and thoughtful, you delight in serving as a mentor, coach, and collaborator for members of the team
SALARY/BENEFITS
Salary range is $110,000-$125,000
Benefits include:
Holidays: 13 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday
Vacation: Unlimited PTO for exempt employees
Paid Sick Time: One hour for every 16 hours worked (accrue a max of 16 days)
Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance: 80% of premiums covered for employees (employees are responsible for paying for their dependents)
