THIS POSITION IS BASED IN SACRAMENTO, CA. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL WORK IN OFFICE FOUR TIMES PER WEEK.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Director of Programs (Senior Director) is a critical member of the Leadership Team. The Senior Director develops the strategy for and provides overall management and direction to programs and program staff, including the following teams: Refugee Programs, Survivors of Human Trafficking Programs, Immigration Legal Services, Health Programs and Economic Prosperity Programs, and Compliance.

LOCATION

  • The successful candidate will work four days in the office in Sacramento, CA.

  • Able to assess programmatic processes, identify interdependence between Opening Doors’ programs, and promote alignment, collaboration, and efficiency while ensuring best practices are incorporated across all program teams

SALARY/BENEFITS

Salary range is $115,928 - $141,690

Benefits include:

  • Starting vacation accrual of 80 hours of vacation time per year, accrued per pay period. Up to 160 hours based on length of service

  • 15 Holidays + 1 Floating Holiday

  • Sick Leave – 80 paid hrs. per year

  • Leave – 40 paid hrs. per year

  • Jury Duty – 80 paid hours

  • Retirement – Up to 3% Match (401(k) and Roth 401(k)

  • Medical Insurance

o   Opening Doors covers 90% of employee premium and 30% of spouse or partner’s premium

o   HMO, PPO, and EPO plans offered
