POSITION OVERVIEW
Quantum Leap Healthcare Collaborative is seeking an experienced Chief Development Officer, who will be responsible for planning, executing and evaluating all fundraising and development initiatives. The CDO will establish fundraising priorities and objectives; create fundraising strategies to meet specific program goals; identify and profile current and prospective individual, business, and foundation prospects; develop and cultivate positive relationships with donors and prospects; and solicit and steward major donors.
YOU ARE A/AN:
Chief Development Officer with deep experience in building and executing a successful, multi-channel fundraising strategy
Skillful and determined fundraiser who Is gifted at building, sustaining, and growing relationships with individual donors, foundations, corporations, and other stakeholders
Passionate about and highly motivated by the opportunity to deliver better, less costly healthcare to patients in need
SALARY/BENEFITS
Salary range is $210,000-$250,000
