POSITION OVERVIEW
National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) seeks a tenacious, visionary, and dynamic leader to guide the organization toward the future. The Executive Director is responsible for leading, managing, and collaborating with the internal team, Board of Directors and other stakeholders to address the deficiency in mental health awareness and resources in the San Mateo County community.

SALARY/BENEFITS
Salary range: $125,000-$135,0000
Benefits include: 100% paid for Kaiser Gold plan, Delta Dental, and VSP vision.
Collaborate with a dedicated staff, Board and volunteers to support the San Mateo County community in solving for and supporting those impacted by our current mental health crisis.
