 THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE EXPECTED TO BE IN OFFICE EIGHT PLUS DAYS PER MONTH, MORE ON OCCASION.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Operations Project Manager will play a pivotal role in streamlining current processes while also implementing new systems across the Principal Gifts (PG) team. This person is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and strategic team player who can exercise strong judgment, take initiative, and successfully work on concurrent tasks under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor. They are proactive and innovative in developing systems, routines, and approaches to support the work of the team overall.

The Principal Gifts team works with donors and prospects who have the potential to make philanthropic gifts of $10 million or more. The team partners closely with the Foundation President/CEO’s Office, hospital and School of Medicine leadership, as well as both hospital and Foundation board members.

Hybrid position

  • In office eight plus days per month, more on occasion

SALARY/BENEFITS

  • Compensation range is $100,000 - $104,000

  • Benefits include:
