THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL WORK AN AVERAGE OF EIGHT DAYS PER MONTH IN THE OFFICE IN PALO ALTO AND MORE AS BUSINESS NEEDS REQUIRE. THEY WILL NEED TO LIVE IN THE BAY AREA.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Executive Development Administrator, Major Gifts serves as a key support for the administrative, portfolio, and program needs of the leadership of the Major Gifts team.

The Executive Development Administrator, Major Gifts is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and strategic team player who can exercise strong judgment, take initiative, and successfully work on concurrent tasks. This person is an expert communicator and is both comfortable with and excited about working with various working styles, role groups, and job functions. They are a curious and creative data-driven thinker and will be responsible for working within databases to create meaningful reports and analyses, ultimately informing donor strategies. They are proactive and innovative in developing systems, routines, and approaches to support the work of the team overall.

Hybrid position

SALARY/BENEFITS

  • Salary range is $100,000 - $104,000

  • Benefits include:
