POSITION OVERVIEW
HCN is growing rapidly. As a Major Gifts Officer, you will have an exciting opportunity to have a big influence in an organization making a major impact in the unhoused community. Working closely with the Development Director and the Development and Communications team, key program staff, and external vendors, you will assist in facilitating development activities across the organization with a focus on cultivating major gifts, establishing relationships with various giving programs, and producing fundraising activities and events to support the mission and vision of HCN.
The right candidate is focused, organized, entrepreneurial and self-directed, with a high level of cultural and technical fluency. You’re someone who loves learning new technology and is a clear, direct communicator. Be ready to jump in and work, proactively meeting challenges and finding ways to advance HCN’s mission and the Development and Communications team.

LOCATION: This position is located in San Francisco, CA. This position is full-time and offers industry-leading benefits and paid leave with a combination of in-office and remote work.

A rising development and fundraising professional who is open to change and looking to grow your experience in cultivating and soliciting major and individual gifts.
Focused, organized, entrepreneurial and self-directed, with a high level of cultural and technical fluency.

SALARY/BENEFITS
Salary range is $80,000-$95,000
