THIS ROLE IS BASED IN SAN FRANCISCO, CA. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL WORK IN THE OFFICE THREE DAYS PER WEEK.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Director of Development is a hands-on, key leadership role that will be an integral part of the HCN leadership team. This position is best suited for a highly motivated individual with the energy and experience to oversee day-to-day operations of the Development and Communications department, as well as contribute to the strategic vision of the agency.

Strategic frontline fundraiser with experience developing and expanding programs in individual giving, major gifts, and corporate/foundation partnerships.

SALARY/BENEFITS
Salary range is $110,000-$135,000
