THIS ROLE IS BASED IN SAN FRANCISCO, CA. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL WORK IN THE OFFICE THREE DAYS PER WEEK.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Director of Development is a hands-on, key leadership role that will be an integral part of the HCN leadership team. This position is best suited for a highly motivated individual with the energy and experience to oversee day-to-day operations of the Development and Communications department, as well as contribute to the strategic vision of the agency.

  • Strategic frontline fundraiser with experience developing and expanding programs in individual giving, major gifts, and corporate/foundation partnerships.

SALARY/BENEFITS

  • Salary range is $110,000-$135,000

  • Benefits include:

o   Eligible for $10k/year home office expense & annual discretionary bonus
