Salary range: $25-35 an hour
10 – 20 hours per week

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an administrative professional to join our team. Duties include a variety of administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, interacting with clients and candidates, attending and taking notes during candidate interview and editing assessments that will be shared with our clients. If you have fast and accurate typing skills, listening and editing skills, and an excellent command of English grammar, we'd like to meet you. Experience working in the nonprofit sector is strongly preferred.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
Position reports directly to search leads, Victoria Silverman or Darcie Taylor.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend virtual interviews and take notes
Edit candidate interview assessments
Upload documents to our CRM, Crelate
Work with CSS search leads to ensure proper use of nonprofit/fundraising terminology
Use Grammarly, Chat GPT and other tools to ensure correct grammar and spelling
Schedule client and candidate interviews
Draft and send emails to clients and candidates
Maintain records and data in Crelate database
Use Calendly and Doodle Poll to schedule meetings
Other duties as assigned
COMPETENCIES
Experience with notetaking or transcription in a professional setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in administrative support of a team
Strong technology aptitude including work in databases, Grammerly, Calendly, Chat GpT, Doodle Poll, MS Word and Google docs.
Effective time-management abilities
BS degree or equivalent administrative experience working in nonprofits
Exceptional knowledge of English grammar
Great sense of humor
Nonprofit experience highly preferred
Flexible schedule
Experience working in the nonprofit sector, or volunteering for a nonprofit for one year or more
